They recommended exactly and only what was very necessary. Even for surgeries recommended by other hospitals, the director at VelyB did not recommend parts that were not really necessary when considering side effects, or parts that would not have a major effect.
They answered questions professionally and had a calm style. For surgery too, rather than an unconditionally glamorous style, they seem to prefer a natural to naturally glamorous style?
My nose was one where other places said I needed about 4 to 5 items, saying I had to do this and that, but here I was recommended only 2 to 3.
I recommend getting a consultation at least once.
