5 months ago, I got chin-tip filler and Botox somewhere else, and I was bothered by the round lumping(?) and by my chin tip becoming blunt and short again, so I went to get it done. The consultation manager was kind. But they said the lumping can't be helped because my mentalis muscle is very strong. I gave up on the effect of loosening the lumping, and after getting filler again, my chin became longer and sharper than before, so I liked it. And as expected, there is still some lumping.
