Most other hospitals recommended septal cartilage rather than costal cartilage, saying it was also my first surgery, but only here particularly recommended costal cartilage. (I especially got the feeling that they preferred donated costal cartilage over autologous costal cartilage) It felt like overtreatment, and compared with other hospitals, the estimate was also relatively very expensive.
