It seems they specialize only in eyes. The doctor spoke gently. They asked why I wanted eye surgery in my 30s when I had lived fine without surgery in my 20s; it kind of felt like they were saying I didn’t need surgery, don’t do it? As you age, the fat in the upper eyelids decreases, so I had moved away from typical Asian eyes.
