All the hospital managers are kind. Even if you make a reservation and go, there is a bit of a wait. I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery with Director Han Jae-jung, and he answered everything I was curious about and clearly said no to what couldn't be done. However, he recommended ptosis correction, so I'm still thinking about whether to have surgery.
