I went through a referral, but they said the manager in charge wasn’t there, so another front-desk staff member did the consultation. Instead of seeing the director first, the front-desk staff briefly assessed me, and then I had a consultation with the director. I had a lot of questions during the consultation, so I asked several, but toward the end they said even medical students don’t learn this kind of thing.. They did explain it, but I felt a little awkward.
