When I didn’t know whether the problem was my bone structure or facial fat, surgery was honestly too scary, so I only got Botox for a square jaw, but it didn’t have much effect. I figured that continuing to worry about it would only delay things in the end, so I had a consultation at Note and ended up going straight ahead with surgery. My square jaw was prominent and my side cheekbones also protruded, so I got 2.5 types of facial contouring. After surgery, the swelling was so severe that people around me were really shocked. I received aftercare and also worked hard at home, wearing a lifting band, and as time passed the swelling gradually went down and my facial line became more defined. Since I can clearly see the difference when taking photos, I feel like I made the right choice getting the surgery.
