So even before surgery I didn’t exactly have puppy-like eyes, but somehow my impression looked sharper than before, which made me want revision surgery. It was inconvenient to go around using double eyelid tape because the line was buried. The line I want is a semi-out line, with the outer side opened up clearly, but without looking too much like puppy eyes. I wanted eyes with the feel of Jennie, Winter, and Ryujin. I wanted a natural yet glamorous line, but if I had to choose one of the two, naturalness. Even if the cosmetic surgery effect is reduced a little, naturalness was the priority, and I went thinking about lateral canthoplasty and revision double eyelid surgery.

To improve the problem I wanted fixed, he recommended upper epicanthoplasty and raising the line slightly. When I said I didn’t want sausage-like eyes, he said then we should raise it only a little. I kept emphasizing that I wanted something natural, and he said the outer ends of the eyes might look slightly noticeable. But from the director’s view, that level of noticeable effect seemed fine, so he recommended surgery, saying he would not have recommended it if it looked like sausage eyes. In conclusion, I was recommended upper epicanthoplasty and natural adhesion double eyelid surgery.
ㅇㄴ Plastic Surgery, Director ㄱㅌㄱ: When I first went in, there were quite a lot of people, and I wondered, is this what people mean by a factory-style clinic? I’ve never been to a factory-style clinic, but the atmosphere was different from the clinic I went to before. A bit more chaotic? But I was satisfied with the consultation with the director, so the clinic atmosphere didn’t bother me much. He said that because I have sunken eyes, if I do lateral canthoplasty, the flesh under my eyes would protrude and it would inevitably look noticeable. He explained while drawing the line and showing me. When I said I was aiming for naturalness, he said he did not recommend it. He also said that looking fierce was not a lateral canthoplasty issue, but because the inner corners of my eyes are curled inward. And because there is no line at the front of the eyes, the line toward the back also looks thicker. So he said that even without lateral canthoplasty, if I just do upper epicanthoplasty and natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, the issue of looking fierce would improve. I said I wanted a natural yet glamorous line, but since it is hard to achieve both, if I had to choose, I’d prefer naturalness even if it looked a little less glamorous. While I was saying this, he said, “So we need to find the right middle point between naturalness and glamour.” He adjusted the line several times and said he recommended doing upper epicanthoplasty together because of my Mongolian folds. He said the rear double eyelid line is fine now, and because I am aiming for naturalness, we decided not to raise the back line and only raise the front line while doing upper epicanthoplasty. He recommended natural adhesion because the non-incisional surgery I had 4 years ago had not loosened. I said I had heard that ptosis correction or upper epicanthoplasty can make the eyes look too intense, and that I didn’t want that look. He said upper epicanthoplasty does not make it look that way, and that excessive ptosis correction can make it look that way. He said ptosis correction could be done a little more now, but since I want naturalness, I probably don’t really need it. In conclusion, this place also recommended natural adhesion and upper epicanthoplasty. But I liked the line he drew for me, so I felt a bit more drawn to this place.
The consultations with both directors were good, and the prices were similar. ㄴㅅㅎ had better aftercare, but I liked the line at ㅇㄴ more.. I’m still going to visit three more places for consultations, but between the two, I’m more drawn to ㅇㄴ.. Everyone, which clinic do you think you would recommend for me??
