I went for consultations twice in total, including a follow-up consultation. It was hard to get an appointment, but I waited calmly for the reservation opening time(?) by phone and booked it. Maybe because I went with my mom both times, I didn’t feel at all that they were stiff or unfriendly.. Looking at the reviews, there seem to be quite a few people who say that, though.. I had surgery here too, and on the day of surgery they were even kinder and sweet(?).. For reference, I had surgery to loosen the deep fixation from my existing line and redo ptosis correction, and there is still swelling on one side, so I’m watching the progress…
