The doctor seemed very confident, and the consultation manager also seemed to take pride in the doctor. There was a bit of waiting, but it was a reasonable amount, and the consultation with the doctor was sufficient at about 20-30 minutes. They answered my questions concisely and well. I paid a reservation deposit.
