I did it here and it turned out lumpy and ruined. My buttocks sagged a lot, and if I could go back, I absolutely, absolutely would not do it. I wasted money and ruined my legs, and now I don’t think I can wear shorts anymore. Please be careful with thigh/hip liposuction... I’ve never seen a case that didn’t become lumpy, whether here or anywhere else.
