Back when I was in high school, I had double eyelid surgery and medial/lateral canthoplasty. The medial canthoplasty left me with an epicanthal fold, and originally I was supposed to get lower canthoplasty, but the doctor made a mistake and did lateral canthoplasty. But the effect was good, so I just let it be,, I don't know if that director is still there now, but he was blunt and still did a decent job for me..
