Visited for a consultation for a revision double-eyelid surgery. The appointment was at 6, but there were several patients with 6 o'clock appointments, and even though I arrived 30 minutes early, the consultation itself didn't start until after 6:30. The doctor and the manager's consultation together were over in 5 minutes. I waited more than an hour in total, and maybe because they wanted to get off work quickly, the person with a head nurse badge did the consultation and it felt like they had just turned on a recorder.. They just said their piece and that was it. The doctor said it would be okay to do the inner corner revision again or not ...
