Bulbous Nose, Alar Reduction, Nose Revision Surgery, 4 Weeks

For my first nose surgery, when I was 19, I went to a clinic in a local area without knowing anything. I said my nose bridge was low and my nasal tip was too big, and they said they would take care of it, so I trusted them and did it, but they made it like that.. It cost 3 million won too.... My original nose really was very big, so I think I was satisfied at first lol For my first nose, I think I had silicone, ear cartilage, and alar reduction. I still don’t know how many mm they put in or how they did the surgery I lived without paying attention to it for 4 years, but after hearing so many things from friends like my nose was crooked, it didn’t look like I had alar reduction, there were scars left from the alar reduction, the ear cartilage was protruding, etc., I decided on revision surgery. Honestly, since I live outside Seoul, I got another nose revision surgery without being able to go around and research a lot I had the nasal bridge, nasal tip, crooked nose correction, bulbous nose correction, and crooked nose correction done.. I don’t know if there is still swelling left, but is it much better than after my first nose surgery? Every place I consulted said my skin or nasal tip was thick, and maybe because of that, even though it’s a revision, I feel like I’m not seeing much frontal-view effect... Is this the best possible result.. Since I don’t know much about plastic surgery, I’m not sure... columella? nasal tip height? things like that It also seems a little crooked Or maybe not, anyway, yes..... I wonder when the incision scars will disappear~ I had alar reduction twice.
