Now my nose is crooked, my nostrils are uneven, and it's a mess...
Using autologous cartilage definitely meant no inflammation and it looks natural, but because I just did it without correcting the deviated septum... my nostrils became freaking uneven...
Would it be okay to have deviated septum surgery even now??
