I got a consultation for my first nose surgery! I originally preferred private clinics, but thought I should try a consultation at a large clinic too, so I went. I looked at the profiles of the directors who do nose surgery on the website and got a consultation with the one I had a good feeling about! There was a bit of a wait, and I was thinking about ear cartilage, but they recommended autologous costal cartilage. It’s probably because my nose is low and small, so to get a natural-but-refined nose, it seems it would need to be done with autologous costal cartilage. Overall, they explained everything well! But I want a natural-looking nose, so I’m putting it on hold for now!
