After thinking and thinking it over, I finally got rhinoplasty, and now it’s day 3.. I was only waiting for the day they’d remove the nasal packing, but? What is this? It’s still just as blocked, and with runny discharge and a little blood staining and continuously flowing, I can’t take the gauze off.. And because I had an osteotomy, the swelling is enormous.. It’s swollen to the point I can’t open my eyes.. Is this normal? I have some questions.. 1. After removing the packing and once the blocked areas open up, how long does it take to feel a bit more comfortable? 2. My runny discharge keeps flowing, so I can’t remove the gauze. Is this normal..? 3. If you get an osteotomy, is the swelling really severe? I go back to work in 3 days Will it be possible..? 4. Please refer to the photos / It’s day 3 after rhinoplasty. How does it look? Does it feel successful..?
