From triangular eyes to long eyes... finally

Before <before photo> After <after photo> Fixed my dull-looking eyes with epicanthal folds!! I had incisional double eyelid surgery, under-eye fat repositioning, lateral canthoplasty, fat grafting around the eyes, and fat grafting to the front cheeks at ㄹㅇㅈ. Because I had dark circles and epicanthal folds, my eyes were the very definition of Asian eyes where the word “triangular” fit perfectly. But since my eyes weren’t far apart to begin with, I thought removing the epicanthal folds wouldn’t be possible. However, with just medial epicanthoplasty, the epicanthal fold line changed and the triangular look disappeared. My under-eye fat wasn’t severe, but my aegyo-sal and under-eye area were flat, so my eyes looked like I had no aegyo-sal at all. Now they’ve changed into eyes where the aegyo-sal line stands out even when I’m relaxed. The previous canthoplasty had all closed up too, but now my eyes have the natural line I wanted on both the left and right sides. Since it was incisional, the swelling going down was a bit tough, but now that my complex has definitely been resolved, I’m very satisfied!!!
