Nose Surgery Reviews

Be careful with autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty!!!

Before<Before surgery - my lowered nose... >After<After surgery>After<After surgery - reshaped the nasal tip again haha>Whoa, I wonder if I edited this too much in all sorts of ways lolol but I saw everyone who’s considering rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, so I’m personally leaving a review... haha It’d be great if rhinoplasty turned out cleanly in one go, but things like the nasal tip drooping can come at any time, apparently. I was fine for up to 2 years too, but my nasal tip gradually started drooping, so my nose shape kind of collapsed. Like the balance felt off?? So I looked for a doctor who could lift the nasal tip along my existing line and make it more defined.

For my first nose surgery, I used septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage, but since it drooped, this time I was planning to use autologous costal cartilage. I got an estimate for autologous costal cartilage, and considering it was revision surgery, maybe because I didn’t make a big change to the existing line, the cost was better than I expected.

It seems like it can turn out really pretty just by setting the height and shape well haha It’s been a while since the surgery, so I’m just leaving this as a record~ I hope the second time lasts long, please~~ Let the longevity last a long time~~~

This is a surgical review pursuing a natural-yet-glamorous look.
