As time passed, the nasal bridge looked low and even the nasal tip looked blunt..? Somehow the sharp look disappeared, so I decided to have revision surgery. I went around to several places for consultations, and the hospital where I had surgery had a decent reputation, and seeing that the director, consultant, and staff were all kind gave me a good feeling. Because I wanted a hospital with a good atmosphere, the final decision seemed to follow as a natural process.
I had 6 mm silicone inserted and used donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. I did think about using autologous costal cartilage, but because I personally felt burdened by the possibility of a scar, I was grateful that they set the revision direction according to my opinion.
I tend to like the nasal tip being lifted this clearly, and I think they matched that for me. Recently I've been hearing a lot that my image looks much better. It may also be because it looks naturally higher even from the front.
It was a bit hard when my nose was packed with cotton for 3 days.. but after the stable period came, I just kept liking it, so my satisfaction grew even more.
Since I really didn't like my first surgery, a part of my heart had always felt bad, but after the revision, it felt like the blocked, stuffy feeling had opened up. I guess it's because it matched the design and height I wanted.
Also, since it was revision surgery.. I was worried about recovery, so I bought and used the inflammation spray and anti-adhesion agent that the hospital had separately, so please keep that in mind. I remember the price range wasn't that high.. If you're worried, I think it would be good to buy and use them separately.
