I have a fairly high nasal bridge, so I had no complaints about that, but my nostril-wing shape was too round and I hated how it spread when I smiled, so I decided to do only alar reduction! I went to 3 places for consultations, and Clinic H recommended an internal incision, while Clinic S recommended internal and external incisions. (I skipped the other place because they suggested full nose surgery.) Honestly, the consultation content at Clinic H was good, and the doctor at Clinic S was way too cynical.. The consultation was also rushed, so I had been planning to go to Clinic H, but there were so many reviews saying they didn’t feel much difference after an internal incision, and since I was going to do it anyway, I wanted it to look noticeably reduced, so I decided on Clinic S. (The fact that someone I know had it done at Clinic S and it turned out well also helped.)
I’m extremely satisfied with the result haha. It really reduced naturally and well, and I think the spreading when I smile has decreased by about 50%? It’s only day 4, so they say it will gradually spread more, but I hope it doesn’t spread any more than this..
