About 5 years ago, I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty. As the line got lower, it became an inner double eyelid, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. For reference, the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow, and the inner corners of my eyes are somewhat covered.
1. ㄱㅇㅇㅇㅅ : Recommended a forehead lift A family member had a sub-brow lift here and was satisfied, so I went along for a follow-up and also had a consultation. They recommended a forehead lift rather than double eyelid surgery. They said even if I got double eyelid surgery, it would be subtle enough that only I would notice, and told me to just get a lift when I get older. It felt like the director themself prefers lifts. The consultant said something similar too.
2. ㅅㅅ : Incision + upper epicanthoplasty/upper inner-corner widening (hook-shaped canthoplasty) I went, waited a bit, and the consultation order was consultant -> director -> consultant. They recommended incision + upper epicanthoplasty/upper inner-corner widening (hook-shaped canthoplasty). I had used double eyelid tape maybe 15 times over the past few months? and they noticed.. (Can everyone usually tell..?) Revision surgery is expensive, but even with the advertising discount, it felt expensive.
3. ㅇㄹㅇ (Director ㅇㄷㅅ) : Partial incision Here too I waited a bit, then consultant -> director -> consultant. Maybe because there are several directors and it’s bigger than ㅅㅅ, I had a feeling, just a feeling, that it might not be meticulous. They checked the line the most carefully and multiple times. Here they recommended partial incision, and said upper inner-corner widening would not have much effect even if I did it. They said a very slightly higher line could be done with natural adhesion, but then I would regret it later, so they recommended a natural line slightly lower than in-out, with partial incision. If I put down a deposit, they add more discount, and the deposit is refundable, so for now I have put down a deposit here.
ㅇㄹㅇ felt the most middle-of-the-road, so I think it might not be bad.. but what they say is so different and the prices are so different too;; I’m thinking about it and planning to visit about two more places.
