I had consultations at several places, and they said my nasal cartilage was very small or almost nonexistent, so it would be a difficult surgery.. At the first hospital I consulted with, they suggested using cartilage from both ears, but that didn't seem quite right, so I looked for another hospital and came here. They said using just one side would be enough, so I liked that. Rather than having a perfectly pretty nose, I wanted my nose shape to improve naturally and harmonize with my original face, and the director's aesthetic preference was exactly that, so I decided right away to have it done here. I had the surgery using ear cartilage and silicone. They check everything carefully after surgery, which is nice haha I really like the shape of my nose too!!
