Before <before arm, abdomen, and back liposuction> before <after liposuction> To be precise, I had arm liposuction in December 2023, in the 3 million won range, abdominal liposuction in April 2024, in the 5 million won range, and back liposuction in July 2024, in the 1 million won range.
I just couldn’t get my diet under control, so I thought, let’s create some kind of turning point to start dieting!!! That’s how I started, and it ended up becoming such a huge turning point in my life lololol Originally I didn’t know the first thing about exercise, but now I’ve even started going to the gym, and I’m working out hard so the money doesn’t go to waste lololol I’m planning to build my lines a bit more and sign up for PT too lolol There’s a points system that can be used like cash, so I can use it directly for aftercare, which is such a gain. The company I work at now doesn’t let me use annual leave freely, so being able to return to daily life the next day was one of the reasons I chose it.
I was 73 kg, and now I’m 61 kg. My goal going forward is to maintain an aesthetic weight of 60 kg.
I was really scared, but during the abdomen procedure, I almost fell asleep... Only the area around the belly button was a little uncomfortable, and maybe because I had a lot of fat, it didn’t hurt at all... lol
After doing my arms and abdomen, I thought there was nothing more to do, but then I wanted to tidy up the loose back fat and wear a swimsuit.
