After my buried-suture procedure went wrong at another hospital I was busy because of work + I thought maybe it would get better if I left it alone, so I waited without removing the sutures, and I’m getting them removed 6 months later…
On one side, the double eyelid has loosened (there’s still a faint line left), and it seems a bit stretched On the other side, the double eyelid has remained very strong (the fixation was so strong that the pinched marks were still severe even after 6 months), but fortunately there’s no scar.
When I had them removed, I really found a good hospital, and the incision sites from the removal have no scars at all (from day one to one week, there was no swelling and it wasn’t noticeable at all… seriously).
If you’re thinking about having them removed, the details may vary depending on the surgical method, but I recommend just getting them removed quickly!!
