My cheek fat grafting went wrong... so I got cheek liposuction! I had liposuction mainly on the areas with the fat grafting and the Indian folds. I'm 3 weeks post-op now, and I think it went well. I feel like anterior cheek fat grafting isn't something you should do casually... After I did it, I suddenly had that very Gangnam plastic-surgery auntie vibe... Everyone unanimously said I looked better before, and that looking a bit plain was better, so I had it removed, and I think I look more natural and prettier now. Right now the swelling and hard lumps around the deep cheek area are pretty bad, but I think it’ll get better if I get some laser treatment too. Once the swelling goes down and I go hard with Ultherapy, I think I’ll get the face shape I want. Putting fat in and taking it out... I should stop doing this now, huh
