First of all, I have an average-to-chubby body type, and except for right after taking the college entrance exam, I’ve never felt like I was fat in my life! But my thighs are too sturdy.. For a very long time, throughout my college years, I went around doing legwork at liposuction clinics. I’ll talk about the 3 places I visited. I booked all 3 through events on a beauty app. I haven’t had surgery yet.
1. Euljiro ㅇㅈㅇㅁ - Consultation was very kind - They said the thigh 360-degree event price stayed at 1 million won, but I had to do the knees, so add 500,000 won. (This was expected, so it was okay.) - The price came out exactly as expected. No pressure for a deposit, no pressure on scheduling. - I wanted to have surgery here, but since it’s near Myeongdong Street, it seemed aimed at Chinese customers...? (I didn’t see a single Korean person) - I liked that the price was cheap, but because it was too cheap, it actually made me a little scared
2. Cheongdam ㅅㄹ - Consultation was kind. They were confident they could avoid things I was worried about, like a banana fold. - They said I was someone who needed thigh-hip-buttock work, and instead of the 360-degree procedure I booked (1.09 million won), they quoted 2.2 million won. - I got the impression it was a hospital that at least does the basics.
3. 365 Hospital Yeongdeungpo - Compared with other hospitals, they took soooo many before photos, and their own app seemed well organized - Quoted 2 million won for arms (1.5 million for upper arms + 500,000 for back flank) and 2.6 million won for thighs - The 2.6 million won for thighs is not thigh-hip-buttock!! It’s the price when only the thighs are extracted - The price was so vicious that I completely lost the desire to do it - The pressure to pay a deposit was so, so, so severe. Seriously, it was to the point where I felt I couldn’t leave the hospital if I didn’t put down a deposit - I’m the type who absolutely never writes malicious reviews, but I was so upset that I wrote in a review that the touting was too severe - I went there because I was scared of liposuction surgery, and if I had a lot of money I might do it... but it was a place I couldn’t warm up to.
