Before/after/after 1. Only after the surgery was over was I told that they couldn’t make the nose I wanted 1-1. They said they could only know after I lay down and they opened it up, haha 1-2. Before going into surgery, I worked hard drawing the nose shape I wanted, used liquify on my photo, and explained it in real detail 1-3. I said it was okay even if it became a witch nose or arrow nose, and asked them to lift the nostril wings as much as possible, but I feel like I was just ignored. My friends ask what on earth they even did...
2. After the surgery, the asymmetry was so severe I lay on the operating table twice on the same day because of the asymmetry issue. But in the end, the surgery still finished with asymmetry 2-1. With the shocking excuse that it couldn’t be helped because I was originally asymmetrical, ha (Isn’t fixing that what plastic surgery clinics do?) 2-2. It even became much more asymmetrical than before, and the height difference is so bad. I was also told nonsense like it’s the same degree of asymmetry as before;;
3. They keep saying it can’t be done because of scarring, but even when I said I hate the asymmetry more, it ended up like this 3-1. Scars can at least be treated with lasers later, but for this I just have to lie on the operating table one more time... I’m just freaking miserable thinking about going on the operating table again...
