I was planning to do full-face fat grafting, but after consulting with the doctor in charge, I decided to proceed with fat grafting only to my forehead and both cheeks, so I had the surgery. People say it is affected by weight gain and loss, and it definitely felt like when I was gaining weight, my face filled out all at once. It has been about 3 years, and I can see a little sagging in both cheeks, but I think aftercare is more important for cosmetic surgery, and lifting-related procedures seem to be becoming more and more essential.
