My nose is small and my skin is thin, so whenever I had nose surgery, my nasal tip would become like Rudolph’s, look pointy, and the cartilage and silicone would all show through And it had that typical pinched nose look from rhinoplasty. I think I went to almost 10 well-known revision rhinoplasty clinics. But then I heard for the first time that the scar tissue inside my nose wasn’t actually scar tissue..! It looked like scar tissue because my alar rim was bent, and they said that was also what caused the pinched nose!! At the clinic where I had my previous surgery, they only said it didn’t look that strange and that if I wanted, they could only lower it a bit.. At other places too, I was told it would be hard for my nose to become pretty... For my thin skin, I was told there was no method except using dermis. They said even that would mostly be absorbed later and become meaningless Sigh I wondered if I had to live like this because I didn’t know the cause But the director analyzed the cause and said they would fix it, so I decided on revision surgery!! I went to this clinic through an acquaintance’s recommendation, so I had a certain level of trust, and I also heard that many staff members from other clinics get their nose surgery done here~ There is only one director, but every time I went, there were many patients visiting. It was revision surgery, and I thought the chest area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested would hurt a lot, but it truly didn’t hurt at all! I felt that meant the surgery went that well. It was a bit swollen for 2-3 days and then all went down. The long-awaited one week later~~ I took off the splint, and even though it was still swollen, I could already see the exact side profile line I wanted. >< I’m almost at week 2 now, and everyone who sees me says they think the surgery turned out well, so I’m really happy
