1. First surgery When I was unlicensed from the military, I got filler several times. At the time I had a severe hump, and after getting filler several times, the bridge of my nose became red and I developed facial flushing. A hospital in Seoul that has now gone out of business confidently said they could operate while scraping out the filler, so I had surgery with septal cartilage + silicone. The redness on the bridge of my nose was not resolved, and the filler did not all dissolve. As the filler in the nasal bridge height was absorbed and the bridge got lower, they took something out from behind my ear with a syringe and did an A/S correction, but inflammation developed in the left side of my nose, so the silicone was removed + I took antibiotics. 2. Second surgery Even then, the redness on the bridge of my nose was not resolved. After treating the inflammation on the left side of my nose, the left nostril? alar area still hurt, so I had revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Seoul with complete removal of the existing support strut + ear cartilage + silicone, but now one side of the silicone is tilted + the nasal pain has become severe.
Starting consultations this time 1. Daegu S S Y S They said it could be because the filler has not fully dissolved (they said filler may remain throughout the whole face). They said the tenderness or pain is not due to the surgery, so I’m currently paying 400,000 for 2 sessions of filler dissolving. They recommended an open approach with costal cartilage + silicone, and since I dislike costal cartilage, we discussed using ear cartilage. 2.
