I had surgery on the 18th at the clinic and got my stitches removed today. I didn’t only have removal; I had revision surgery.
There’s nothing more to say about the shape .. Many people go there for reconstruction, but even people who go there for their first surgery have such pretty results. My first surgery failed, and after enduring a hellish 1 year and 7 months, my revision was successful.
During my first surgery, I asked them to make my small nose look natural, but they made it into a blunt bulbous nose, so I almost developed a mental illness .. I thought there was absolutely no way cosmetic surgery could restore this.
A year ago, I went to the clinic for a consultation about total removal, but the doctor said I might regret total removal and gently sent me back, saying we should wait until a full year had passed and then do revision surgery .. I’m grateful for that. I only wanted my nose to become similar to my previous nose again, but I’m so thankful that they even made the shape pretty.
Also, during my first surgery, my swelling lasted up to 6 months, so I was somewhat prepared for it, but this time there isn’t much swelling, and the sutured area is very clean. They even told me not to apply ointment .. I think swelling also depends on the surgeon’s skill.
There must be many people having a hard time after a failed rhinoplasty. Right now, you may feel lost, unable to trust clinics, and skeptical about revision surgery. But once your revision surgery goes well, you’ll think, it can end this simply. You’ll think all those difficult times really were nothing.
