Breast Surgery Reviews

Review after going for a fat grafting consultation and ending up booking implants

Height 170 / 55 kg / A cup I have a slim body type, and my chest is not completely flat, but when I wear clothes, I look like I have no breasts. Because I have a slender build, large breasts would not really suit me, and I never had a desire to get much bigger, but I did always think every day, just a little? It would be nice if I could go up by just 2/3 of a cup?

-------------//////////Why I chose the hospital

So for several years I kept looking into fat grafting, then stopping, and this summer, seeing my already barely-there breasts sagging and the upper breast volume disappearing made my desire for fat grafting grow even more haha

I researched hospitals a lot and analyzed them in my own way, but hospitals that only do fat grafting kept talking about high survival rates.. somehow it felt a bit off... (Personally, I tend to be suspicious first of hospitals that only say their surgery is sooo good, there are no side effects, and they are the best..)

So I thought that if I went to a place that also does actual breast surgery and also does fat grafting, I could get a more accurate analysis, so I started looking again.

My criteria for finding a good hospital are.. (*Actually, my own feeling is the most important..)

1. Hospitals with too many events/ads are X even if the reviews are good 2. I always check the director's experience (whether they have been operating for a long time?) 3. I read the blog posts (when you read them, you can tell well whether they are promotional or whether the doctor shares professional analysis and knowledge, and you can also understand the director's values? so I always read them)

--- If I find a hospital I like up to this point

4. Before the final consultation, if there are ordinary-person reviews, I check them a bit? (whether the after photos look too awkward)

Anyway, after researching a lot, I found out there was a hospital called DT, and while reading the director's blogs, somehow I felt trust in the surgery, so I decided to go for a consultation (nothing else really appealed to me, so I boldly went only here)

--------------//////Why I booked after the consultation?

For the consultation, I first messaged them saying I wanted fat grafting and wanted to know whether it was possible for my body type and skin/fat quality and how many times I would need it. Then I went straight for the consultation.

I really wanted honest feedback about my breasts, and Director O J O measured my body size and everything, made my body in 3D and showed it to me while consulting.

They explained things in so much detail and for so long that I wondered if it was okay for the consultation to be this long, but they told me to ask more lol, so I asked everything and came back..

To just give the conclusion, honestly, even if I did liposuction, the survival would not even be 80 cc. I would need at least 2 sessions, but there may not be good fat to harvest the second time, so even less may survive, and my personal opinion is that it would be a waste of money, so I recommend not doing breast fat grafting.

> They simulated how much my breasts would grow with 80 cc in 3D, and it did not look bigger at all lol I understood right away

They were kind but firm. They did not pressure me and spoke honestly, so I trusted them.

So while asking this and that, they said implants would be much better if I wanted to be bigger than now.

- Before-and-after photos of the smallest surgeries - The difference in feel by cc in 3D (I kept asking them to change it, and they kept changing it... haha thank you) - Why the minimum size has to vary depending on the breast pocket? - Since I really dislike breasts getting too big, putting implant sizes directly inside my clothes and checking the feel, etc..

They consulted with me so I could resolve as many of my concerns as possible. (I think it was almost an hour... haha)

After the long consultation, my conclusion was, ah, with my body, unless I do implants, it will be hard to get the size + shape I want with fat grafting (a bit of upper breast volume and making the breasts look less saggy).

At the end, honestly I had never planned to do implants, so I was like hmm what should I do, and then I had the final consultation with the consultant. She consulted with me almost like a friend lol and listened to more of my worries.. I actually liked that. It was not a machine-like consultation only talking about money and booking, but really just a consultation about breast shape concerns lol

If I got implants, my concern was whether they would feel fake to the touch (my friends' breasts still felt a bit hard? even 1-2 years later), and the consultant said, I also got my breasts done here, would you like to secretly touch them once? lololololololol I was kind of touched.. I was so grateful... I overcame the embarrassment and gently.. touched them..

Actually, the point where my prejudice against implants broke was here: they felt extremely soft, like real breasts. So I thought, oh, this feels similar to my current breasts (though I do not have much, I have a little).. and that is how I decided on surgery. This was a long consultation review filled with a lot of thought.... haha

Honestly, I did not know I would end up getting breast implant surgery, and somehow I suddenly got motivated and ended up doing it, so I already had it done lol I guess plastic surgery really does happen suddenly in one moment.. Still, as someone who considered fat grafting for years and then ended up getting implants, I am writing for the first time hoping it might be even a little helpful to anyone with concerns like mine.

When the bandages come off and some time has passed, I will bring a review of my first breast surgery ever.. Please, I hope they are not big and look natural.. haha
