I had rhinoplasty because my nasal bridge was low and my nose was wide! The splint has not been removed yet, and from the outside, the design looks like it came out naturally and well. As the incision area is healing, it does seem like some skin is protruding a bit,, but I’m waiting with the thought that it will settle down over time.
