I really didn’t like my nose after surgery, so I had the silicone and cartilage removed after just 3 weeks. But they said they did not remove the septal support because they were worried my nose might collapse. Maybe because of that, my nose looks upturned. It feels too similar to the surgically altered nose. I miss my original nose so much that I spend each day in tears while looking at old photos. I want to remove the septal support, but I don’t even know which hospital I should go to.
