The first place I went to was really kind, said they could proceed without silicone, and the price was reasonable, but since my nasal bridge is a bit bulky, the other two places recommended osteotomy. The first place said they would proceed without osteotomy, so I later removed it from my list of candidates, The second place started with an absurd price of 7 million and kept lowering it little by little while gauging my reaction?? Then it went down to the 4 million range, but it felt too much like a factory, so I put down a reservation deposit for now and went to the next hospital. The last place didn’t recommend anything too excessively, said they could do it with a closed approach, and the consultation was also really kind.. But the other two places said my nose could absolutely never come out with a pretty shape using a closed approach, so I’m really torn What should I do..
