My first surgery was done with an incisional method (no ptosis correction), and it’s so natural that I’m considering revision surgery. Many clinics recommended incision. The clinics I narrowed it down to are No. 1 and No. 2
No. 1 has two directors and is a place many people go to for eyes; it’s famous for natural adhesion. No. 2 used to be at a large hospital and then opened their own clinic.
No. 1 initially recommended incision, but when I said it felt a bit much to do another incision when it hasn’t been that long since I had it done, they said other clinics would all recommend incision, but that they personally could still do natural adhesion. Since my eye positions are different, the eye on the lower side needs to be set a bit higher. They only marked one eye for me. I don’t really like the line, but all the reviews look pretty. They said I do need some ptosis correction, so natural adhesion + ptosis correction is 1.3 million won. AS for 3 years. No. 2 recommended natural adhesion from the start, saying another revision with incision isn’t ideal. They said non-incisional ptosis correction would just come undone anyway, and if I were to do ptosis correction it would need to be incisional, but since it hasn’t been long, they don’t recommend it. They said that because my eye positions are different, making the line heights different would make them look even more uneven, so that’s not possible. They recommended raising the line with natural adhesion. I really like the line they marked, but I’m not that drawn to their review photos. And they said with non-incisional ptosis correction, the double eyelid would barely show, and that looking sleepy could be because my current line is too low; raising the line would likely resolve it to some extent. Natural adhesion 1.2 million won (but they haven’t been open long, and I happened to see exactly one post saying this place is blacklisted; the reason wasn’t written) AS for 2 years. In terms of kindness, No. 2 is much better.
Which of the two would be the right place to go?
