While I was at it, I raised the nasal bridge with silicone and used costal cartilage for the nasal tip for a natural-but-glamorous style. But people say you can sense it’s ruined the moment the splint comes off right after surgery, and that was me too There was almost no change from my original nose, and maybe because they changed the line to a natural-glamorous look, when viewed from the side, the starting point of the nasal bridge near the glabella felt unnatural. I still don’t know if it was because it was done only with silicone. It just looked like a nose that hadn’t had surgery.
Later, the nasal tip kept getting lower too, so it didn’t feel worth having lifted it. There was just no change between the nose I had when I went for revision surgery and the nose after revision surgery. I also didn’t receive clean aftercare. So this time I looked into nose surgery again and decided to have surgery, and I really found myself leaning toward a private clinic. I thought it would be faster to find a doctor who could at least make a nose that changed from my previous one Since it’s my third surgery, I accepted the cost and went. Since my nasal bridge-glabella area had already become unnatural, I wanted a director who could fix this area.
Still, I narrowed down hospitals that many people visit for revision surgery and made my own list<<Rather than going by recommendations, I just picked them myself and went. I had never used ear cartilage at all, so I got estimates for ear cartilage, costal cartilage, and septal cartilage in various combinations, and this place seemed the most reasonable, so I decided to go. Because I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, I’m not going as far as taking long, active walks like other people. I’m holding back. Now it’s week 2, so the pain has gone down a lot, and since the stitches are out too, I’m going to try walking more diligently,, For now, I’m satisfied because my nasal bridge is higher and I have an overall slimmer line!!!
