Lately, when I get dark circles and an upper eyelid hollow, my eyes look sunken, and opening my eyes with my eyebrows makes me look so tired and sick, so I decided to have surgery
I went to consultations at two places, ㄸㅋ and ㅌㅂ ㄸㅋ was very kind, but the price they first quoted kept going down, and I prefer a natural look, but the people waiting for procedures there did seem a little on the excessive side, though they were very kind. But of course they may design the double eyelid line better when going into surgery, but I didn’t like the design they drew for me, and they recommended fat grafting, but the price range was much higher than what I had expected
At ㅌㅂ, if someone thinks the customer is king and wants lots and lots of friendliness, the consultation style may not suit them, but for me it actually felt like it was my choice whether to do it or not, and that “do it if you want, don’t if you don’t” feeling gave me a strange sense of trust. The progress photos they showed were fine, and they honestly told me what was possible, what wasn’t, and what was unnecessary, so I trusted them more. I asked about the earliest possible surgery date, and since I had come from far away, they checked whether surgery could be done right away. Since I had come up planning to do it at either ㅌㅂ or ㄸㅋ anyway, I just proceeded with same-day surgery
I asked for a thin double eyelid line with a cat-like look, and they said the lines would be placed differently to correct the asymmetry between both eyes. For the lower-eyelid fat repositioning, I didn’t want scarring and also didn’t want to come back up to Seoul, so I did it with dissolvable sutures~~!
