I was worried about dark circles and hollow under-eyes, and after a friend who had under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye fat grafting strongly recommended it, I decided to have surgery. I did a lot of research online and narrowed it down to ㅇㅂㅈ, ㄸㅋ, ㄷㄹ, and ㅇㅇㅍ, but I thought it would be better to go somewhere specializing in eyes, so I only had consultations at ㄷㄹ and ㅇㅇㅍ. At ㄷㄹ, the consultant was really not good, and at ㅇㅇㅍ the director explained things very thoroughly and kindly, and I also had good chemistry with the consultant, so while I was at it, I added natural adhesion for the purpose of correcting asymmetrical eyes and decided on the three-procedure set.
It was my first surgery, so I was nervous, but the director and consultant reassured me well, and before surgery they took 30-40 minutes to carefully design everything. They said I would wake up from sedation before the surgery ended, but when I woke up I was in the recovery room. I was having such a hard time because I had not fully come out of anesthesia, but trusting several reviews that said daily life was no problem on the day of under-eye fat repositioning surgery, I had already made plans that day, so I left the clinic. I heard there is not much swelling immediately after surgery, but my double eyelids and nose swelled a lot and I looked seriously ugly.. Maybe because of the anesthesia, I suffered from vomiting all day, and from the evening the bruising and swelling under my eyes got worse.
The swelling and bruising peaked on days 2-3, and the eye discharge returned to normal after that. The hardest part seems to be the pressure sensation and headache from the swelling Today, on day 7, the bruising has improved a lot, and there is still major swelling around my eyes, nasal bridge, and front cheeks, but I like that the under-eye area on the front cheek side has become flat so much that I actually hope it does not go down too much As the director told me beforehand, the dark circles do not completely disappear, but they improved a lot, so I am satisfied, and I think I need to watch the double eyelids a bit longer as the swelling goes down. I heard that when doing fat grafting, the thigh where they remove the fat hurts a lot and bruises, but I hardly felt it (rather than the thigh, I was a bit surprised because the taping was near my private area)
