It’s been one month since I had breast fat grafting! I also had accessory breast tissue removal done together, and only the first 3 days or so after surgery were hard. After that, I had no problems with daily life, so that was nice hehe Because it was summer, aftercare was difficult, but I took good care of myself for 2 weeks, and they said I needed to gain weight for the fat to survive well, so I made sure to eat properly too. Now the bruising on my thighs and breasts is all gone, and I’m really satisfied with the size too!!
I don’t have much fat on my upper body, so my breasts were small, but implants felt unnatural, so I chose breast fat grafting surgery using my own fat!
I was worried implants might look unnatural, but with this, they harvest and inject fat that is part of my own body, so it really feels like my own breasts, and the recovery period wasn’t long either. Apparently no one can tell that I had surgery haha
Right now I’m one month post-op, and I think the size is about one cup bigger than before! I definitely have more volume than before, so I’m really happy They harvested from my thighs, and my thigh circumference got slimmer too, and the accessory breast tissue is gone! I think this is the surgery I’ve been most satisfied with out of all the surgeries and procedures I’ve had so far hehe
After getting breast fat grafting surgery, the harvested areas are still a bit hard, but at the clinic, I went in about twice after surgery and received follow-up care. During the consultation, and both before and after going into surgery, all the staff treated me kindly, so I really liked that. They also said they would provide A/S if any problems came up, so that made me feel reassured too.
Now I think I just need to take good care of the scars!! Honestly, I was already satisfied enough with this level of change, but my boyfriend likes it too, and I’m getting more ambitious, so now I’m thinking I want to go for a second round too.
Right now there’s no foreign-body sensation at all, and since the fat was harvested from my thighs, my leg line became slimmer too, so I feel like I really got a body-contouring effect hehe I like the breast shape too, and since I also had the accessory breast tissue removed, I think the line looks prettier. I hope it stays maintained like this! If I get the chance, I’m planning to do a second round too haha
