Hehe, I had implant-free nose surgery with Director ㅅㅈㅇ at ㄷㄹ Plastic Surgery in Gangnam, and this is my honest 3-month review!!
Until last month after the surgery, my philtrum and nasal tip felt quite tight, but now that it’s been about 3 months, there’s almost no tightness and no discomfort at all!! And most of the swelling has gone down, and the side line of my nose is really pretty.. I asked them to make it as natural as possible.. But it really became naturally higher.. (Please refer to the photos.. haha) And actually, they honestly told me that because implant-free surgery doesn’t raise the nasal bridge, there wouldn’t be a big change from the front, but I’m completely satisfied with the front view too..
