Before the surgery, I told the director that I was worried my eyes would look sad. After the surgery was finished, the director said the sad-looking appearance would lift by week 2. At first, I wondered if it was too much or if I looked too sad. I just thought, let’s not worry about it; time will be the medicine. And after getting the stitches removed and waiting, the conjunctival edema and everything disappeared quickly, and just as the director said, the sad-looking appearance lifted. I felt relieved. It will still take time to fully recover, but I think the major swelling has gone down. I hope the minor swelling goes down quickly too!! I’m looking forward to it because I think it’ll get even prettier with time
