Before After After After It wasn't a nose with any particular problem, it was just an ordinary, low, small nose. So I guess you could say my features looked indistinct, and I always felt it was lacking. So I made up my mind to get nose surgery and went around for consultations, and it turned out I had rhinitis. I had lived my whole life with my nose blocked, so I thought of it as normal and just lived thinking that's how it was. So I had functional surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty together. For both the nasal bridge and nasal tip, they used no implant and donated cartilage, and I think the nasal tip came out especially well. The nasal bridge feels higher and more gathered after osteotomy, and everything is exactly the look I wanted. It's my own nose, but every time I look in the mirror, I really think it's pretty. Now that my nose is higher, my features look clearly defined, and my face seems smaller than before too, which is amazing. I can breathe so well too, so I'm experiencing a whole new world. GNG also took really good care of the aftercare, so the swelling did go down quickly. They kindly explained separate care methods too, which was nice.
