I had double eyelid surgery at BS The Body Plastic Surgery about 3 or 4 years ago.
At the time, my friend's parents worked there, and a client had turned out so naturally and well that we asked for the clinic information. My friend, my friend's younger sibling, me, and other acquaintances around us all had it done here. Even though it was my first surgery, I did not do non-incisional buried sutures; they recommended incisional surgery. I originally had very thin double eyelids, and my eyes were open-looking without any blocked areas. I had fat removal and a full incision, and it turned out very well. Even on the day of surgery, I had no bruising and no pain. Until 1 year, maybe because of residual swelling, it looked like an in-out line, but after 1 year passed, the swelling went down to somewhere between an inline and an in-out line. If I don't say anything, people around me don't know I had double eyelid surgery. Maybe because it was incisional, there is a slight scar, but not enough to bother me.
My friend had small, closed-looking eyes and was recommended canthoplasty, but I wouldn't really say it turned out well. If you already have open-looking eyes and want a natural look, I recommend BS The Body. If you have small, closed-looking eyes, I recommend doing canthoplasty together or going to another clinic. If you have conditions like mine, live around Busan, and feel it is a bit much to go all the way to Seoul for double eyelid surgery, I recommend it.
