I had revision surgery, but please look at the multiple creases that formed

I’ve had surgery twice, once in 2018 and once at the end of last December, both with incision + ptosis correction. The first time, the line became thin, so I went for revision surgery because I wanted to raise it clearly and have it fixed. I asked the director to make it fall into one single line no matter what, an in-out line without creases, and I’m the type who likes a dramatic line, but honestly, I don’t know if it changed that much. Even my friends, boyfriend, and family can’t tell I had revision surgery. It just gave me more of the multiple creases I hate. When you see it in person, it’s really bad. I think there are about 4 of them. So I went today to the place where I had my last surgery, and they said there are 2 ways to get rid of multiple creases: 1. Lower the line completely to remove them 2. Since I want a higher line, raise the line and fix it firmly They said they would do option 2 for now, but since I’ve already had incisional surgery twice and it feels burdensome, we decided to do it non-incisionally. But my friend said that the higher you make the line, the more multiple creases form, so how could they prevent them from forming? But the surgeon said he would raise the line and fix it firmly. Just earlier, when he raised and held the line, there actually weren’t that many multiple creases. Just in case, I also booked a consultation earlier with Director Noh Sang-hoon, and Director Noh Sang-hoon also said that if I don’t want an incision, then with a partial incision, making 3 small openings and fixing it firmly would make the multiple creases less noticeable. But if both lines loosen and come down, won’t the multiple creases form again? Honestly, I can’t trust the place that made my multiple creases. I don’t want the line to get any lower than this, but since they said they’ll do the AS non-incisionally, should I get it? I have so many multiple creases that I’m seriously stressed. They said if they raise the line clearly and fix it, they can make the multiple creases disappear, but they said it’s difficult to remove every single one completely. But if they raise the line a bit non-incisionally and fix it well, will it not loosen? If it loosens, I feel like it’ll all be for nothing again. Honestly, I don’t know what I should do If I make the line low, then the meaning of having surgery disappears for me, and it just goes back to my original line.. If I assume I get yet another revision by raising the line non-incisionally, my eyelid skin is thin, but regardless of whether it’s thin or not, I’m worried that if the non-incisional fixation loosens, it’ll go back to the original multiple creases.
