1-month review of non-incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty

As I got a little older, I originally had inner double eyelids, but gradually only one side became deeper, or when I was tired, only one side would form multiple double eyelid folds.

But it was uncomfortable, and because it formed excessively on only one side, I really didn’t like it. Looking around at clinics was such a hassle, and I didn’t have a strong thought that I wanted to become super pretty, so first I asked my friends about clinics where their results turned out well and went straight for a consultation at Iwabaek.

From the first time I went, I said right away that I preferred a natural look, and because I wondered if I had slight ptosis, I said I wanted to get eye shape correction while I was at it. (But honestly, if you look, it does kind of look that way)

Then the director? Yeah, for about 5 minutes, kept creating double eyelid lines on my eyes several times and said 1. I didn’t need incisional surgery, and non-incisional would probably be fine (I expected this) 2. I probably didn’t need eye shape correction. (Instead, since my eyes were a bit clam-like, let’s do epicanthoplasty)

That’s what they told me, and I thought it seemed better than expected, so I booked on the spot.

At first, I was worried because the bruising around my eyes was pretty severe, and since I have uneven eyes, I was a little worried that the swelling seemed different on each side.

When I mentioned it while getting the stitches removed, they reassured me, saying it seemed like one eye’s swelling had gone down less, but still, I was a little... worried..(I think that’s natural) Once the swelling actually went down, it looked much more natural, and I’m so satisfied because they created a line that suits my face itself well

It’s natural enough that my friends don’t know I had double eyelid surgery (I originally had ambiguous inner double eyelids). It feels like my impression changed a little? Actually I’m not sure, but anyway

Everyone tells me it turned out well, and I’m satisfied myself + I don’t know how it looks to others, so I’m writing this for now!

This review is about surgery that pursues natural beauty.
