I went around to a total of four places for consultations and have already finished surgery successfully, so I’m leaving a review in case it helps everyone who is now researching online and going to consultations.

Since this was my first consultation after seriously deciding on nose surgery, I didn’t have any standards yet.
The doctor checked in detail on the nose shape / size / improvements I had in mind, and while comparing the CT scan with front and side photos, explained my nose in a very detailed way.
My face has severe asymmetry, so my nose looks crooked, but actually my nose is straight.
While looking at the CT, the doctor also said that my nose is on the straighter side, but it looks crooked because of facial asymmetry, and that my nasolabial angle and nose line are fine, and the amount of nostril show is also fine, so if the angle were raised too much and my nostrils showed a lot, it wouldn’t look pretty <<<< this was the part I was seriously worried about, but the doctor caught it without me even saying it.
Anyway, it’s not really a nose with any especially flawed parts,
but the doctor said my cartilage is weak, while the skin on my alar area and nasal tip is thick, so it’s a case that looks like a bulbous / wide nose.
The doctor touched my nose here and there, and it felt like they were checking how strong my nasal septum was.
After touching it, they said my septum was quite large, so it seemed possible to build up the nasal tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage.
Because my facial proportions include a forehead that isn’t wide and a short chin, if the bridge were raised higher from my current nose, the nose would become too dominant, and the balance would probably be thrown off, so they said they wouldn’t particularly recommend silicone for the bridge.
The consultation was very long and thorough...
From the reviews I’d looked up beforehand, I thought the doctor would feel very firm, but they were very kind, and it felt like the facial vibe I was pursuing and the director’s surgical style matched well.
So rather than feeling firm, I thought, oh, they’re saying everything the way I want it.
That’s how I felt.
It was my first consultation, but I liked it so much that I wondered if consultations were usually this good.
I also liked the front view shape they pointed out with a cotton swab.
People say that if you get consultations at several places, there will be a place that fits you, and for me, this was that place.
But since it was my first consultation, I thought I should look around at other places too, so I left without booking surgery.
Oh, another thing I remembered is that I made a PPT and brought it with me.
In it, there was a version where I had edited my nose shape.
But in a joking tone, the doctor said
it was their first time seeing someone bring an edit with so little before-and-after difference, and asked what had changed...
