First of all, they reflect your needs very well. I had two consultations, and instead of just saying I want to do it, it's better to clearly explain the points you want. So at the first consultation (my very first consultation for nose surgery), I didn't know much and it ended quickly, so it was simple, but at the second consultation they answered everything I asked and clearly told me what couldn't be done, which I really liked. It's the type where you go in having studied a bit and then can pull out exactly what you need, rather than just expecting them to teach you everything. If you just go in, you'll definitely have to do it here...
