Nose Re-Surgery

One Month After Revision Rhinoplasty With Autologous Costal Cartilage, Functional Nose Surgery, and Adhesiolysis~!

I’m one month post-op after revision rhinoplasty after many, many before-and-after stages, so I tried makeup and took photos! The shape looks natural, and a lot of the residual swelling has gone down too haha. There’s still a tiny bit left, but I can get rid of it by walking hard, right? As the director said, my nasal tip became higher, and the nasal dorsum became higher too, and it feels like the dimensionality of my face is much more alive. I used to hear a lot that my forehead and face shape were pretty, but it’s amazing how just changing the nose shape makes them stand out so much more noticeably lol. On top of that, I think there’s also an optical effect that makes my face shape look slimmer lol.

In the early period after surgery, the nasal tip felt slightly upturned, but now the tip has come down, so I think it’s just the right height. They made it into a round shape that isn’t pointy, so it feels like the natural-yet-glamorous nose that’s trendy these days haha. I’m realizing again why the nasal tip shape is seriously important lol. People around me also say my impression looks better! The director at Nose Lab Clinic has great skill and a good aesthetic sense, so I’m grateful that they made it pretty in a way that fits the overall harmony...!
